click on image above for larger version	Thomas Worsfold, Dorking, Grandfather Clock, late 1700's The clock is of a dark wood with very deep, very ornate carving. This is a substantial clock. There are two yard sticks placed to the right of the clock to show size. This clock needs a full 8 foot ceiling height! I had the camera too high when I took this picture. In the picture, the size of the base pedastal appears smaller than it actually is. Looking at the rectangular window confirms this.
