I grant persons under the age of eighteen, permission to use images from www.mikebaker.com as follows.
Images may be freely used by minors for school and recreational purposes without a requirement to give credit to the source and without providing notification of such use.
Images may be freely used by 100% minor owned commercial organizations provided the annual gross receipts of that organization are less than one-hundred thousand US dollars or equivalent.
Education (traditional education):
I grant persons, institutions and organizations permission to use images from www.mikebaker.com as follows.

Image Quality and Resolution:
To provide reasonable Internet download times, most images published on the Internet will be a reduced resolution and compressed copy of the image. Images that have a 'DSC_####' type file name are readily available for me to be able to provide a much higher resolution image than the one published on the web. I may be able to make a better quality image available. (Images NOT named DSC_####, may or may not be readily available to provide improved images.)
